Where's my order?
Standard shipping is 5–7 business days to the US, UK, and Canada. You'll get tracking info as soon as your package ships. If it's been longer than 10 business days, contact us with your order number.

Unopened games can be returned within 60 days for US and Canadian customers. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your card after we receive the return.

If your game arrived busted up or missing pieces, we'll make it right. Reach out with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them via the confirmation email. After 24 hours your order has likely shipped — but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
